South-Driven Development Research Projects in Tanzania
Within the framework of Danish development cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark hereby invites Phase 1 (prequalification) applications for development research grants within funding Window 1. As it appears from the Call (see link below), the research applications from Ghana must fall within the following themes:

Theme 1 – Growth and technological innovation

Theme 2 – Gender equality and development

Theme 3 – Humanitarian assistance and development

Theme 4 – Resilience to climate change

Theme 5 – State building

Applications must be submitted by a research institution in Tanzania in collaboration with one or more Danish research institution(s). The Main Applicant must hold a PhD at the time of submitting the application and be attached to the applicant institution. Application deadline is 03 March, 2017, 12:00 hrs. (Danish Time).

An information meeting concerning the Call for Applications 2017 will be held on 13 January, 2017 at 09.00 am at the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH).
