PhD Scholarship:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates from the
national agricultural research systems (NARS) and training institutions to
apply for admission into a PhD programme at Sokoine University of
Agriculture, Tanzania. Please refer to the attachments for more details.

Eligibility:
The call is open for candidates from the Eastern, Central and Southern
Africa (ECSA) region. The program offers a total of 20 scholarships to
students from Uganda (2), Tanzania (2), Kenya (2), Zambia (2), Ethiopia (3),
Rwanda (3), Mozambique (3), and Malawi. We target students with a Masters
Degree or equivalent in one of following fields: soil/agriculture/ earth and
environmental sciences. We actively encourage applications from suitable
female candidates.
