Invitation to join the International Association for the Plant Protection Sciences (IAPPS)

Plant Protection Colleague,

Attached is an invitation to join the International Association for the Plant Protection Sciences (IAPPS). As indicated in the attached, in addition to online access of the Crop Protection journal and other benefits, active members in 2010 will receive a $65 discount on their registration for the XVII International Plant Protection Congress which will be held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Phytopathological Society (APS).

Attached is a postcard announcing the 2011 Joint Meeting that will be held August 6-10, Honolulu, Hawaii. As indicated on the postcard, if you want to be on the list to receive regular updates as the meeting plans are developed please go to < www.apsnet.org/meetings/APS-IAPPS > or to the IAPPS website < http://www.plantprotection.org/ >. We encourage you to print the postcard and display on a bulletin board in your office and email to colleagues who might be interested. We want this to be an outstanding Congress that deals with the real plant protection problems that farmers are facing as they deal with the global food insecurity problem and rural poverty. Your help in this battle is welcomed and encouraged through your participation in the 2011 Congress in Honolulu, Hawaii USA.

We apologize if you have received more than one invitation and if you are already a member, thanks for supporting IAPPS and promoting global IPM. If you need further information, please contact Dr. E. A. Heinrichs, Secretary General at < This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it >.
